Just did the phone call where they prescreen applicants. They ask a few basic questions and decide if they want to move forward from there. If you are lucky enough to be one of the few selected they will bring you in for an onsite interview

Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
