I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Couple phone calls into a zoom meeting, then flew me to headquarters to talk in person. Long interview process but well worth the experience. Unfortunately I did not get the position out of 20000 people.

Question 1
What value can you add thats different from everybody else?
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It began with a recruiter screening focused on my background, interest in the Business Analyst role, and general fit. The conversation then moved into my analytical experience, communication style, and how I approach ambiguous business problems.
Interview process is dumb. Honestly not worth the hype. Was done over the phone and the interviewer wasn’t even that friendly. I’m sure it’s a great fit for some people but I need something with more of a focused vision.
