The process was straightforward. Started with a phone interview and then if you pass that, you go onto onsite interviews which consist of 3 back to back interviews. I passed the phone interview, but failed somewhere during the onsite. They don't provide any type of feedback at all or tell you where you messed up.

Overall experience very long wait in between rounds drives you crazy, I messed up GCA but was a good learning experience.
