Interview
online interview was being done at the company with seven rounds conducted, the first three rounds were conducted telephonic, and rest four were at the company location. Overall the basic fundamentals should be clear and easily crack the interview.

Question 1
Situation-based questions were asked where a particular scenario was given and ways to improve and increase the business sales for the new product.
Phone interview - not great questions. Lacked interest in my previous experience and didn’t ask enough probing questions. Was hard to hear also and a poor process overall. The interview lasted 15 mins and was very brief. There was no follow up after.
The interview process is smooth, and the recruiter is there to support you if you have any questions to help with your interview preparation.
However, expect some time between each round for the team to update their feedback and get back to you.

Il processo è molto lungo e complesso, si tratta di una serie di colloqui tra risorse umane e manager tecnici quindi bisogna essere preparati a rispondere a 360 gradi. Il mio consiglio è quello di studiare bene i colloqui per le stesse posizioni in America.
