pretty strict with phone screen and then onsite interview process. The process is slow but makes sure only the good candidates get through. Not a lot of companies have such a long process. They care right from setting up the phone screen to everything. They also vet a lot of candidate from the resumes itself.

Schnelle Absage über die Statusmeldung im Portal. Ohne Referenz von internen Mitarbeitern ist es schwierig, in die Interviewphase zu gelangen. Anschließend ist man für 90 Tage im Bewerbungsverfahren blockiert, was eine erneute Bewerbung ebenfalls erschwert. Das ist nicht ganz fair, wenn die Gründe für die Absage sehr unterschiedlich sein können, wie etwa wenn zu viele Bewerber bereits im Prozess sind.
An external recruiter from randsad contacted me through LinkedIn. first interview is scheduled after 3 weeks. its about a coding question where i failed in writing complete code in 30 min.
