Interview
My interview was in a group setting with 2 managers and 5 people interviewing sat on chairs in a small circle. They would ask a question to the group and everyone would take turns answering.

Question 1
What was a time you made a mistake and how did you correct it
"The interview process went smoothly and I felt confident in my answers. I made sure to mention my customer service experience and I felt I connected well with both the interviewers and the other candidates in the group."
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
Ok nothing crazy they just asked me who you are and why do you want the job. Besides that nothing else. Smooth process too. And also you had to come prepared to tour around the area with the hiring manager and he would ask you questions about what would you do in x scenario
