Online application, after 2 weeks there was a group interview. Group interview consisted of about 20 people. Most people from the group interview got hired. We were notified on the same day if our application was successful or not.

Behavioural questions that had to be answered in groups. e.g. what would you do if your colleague was stealing money? What would you do if you wanted more from the company.

Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
