Interview
Applied online, received a phone interview invitation a week or so later. After a short phone interview, was invited to a sales assessment day, which was mostly group activities -- make a name card and draw an interesting fact about yourself, introduce yourself and your fact, discuss H&M values, participate in a retail relay and pick an outfit, and discuss customer service scenarios. There was a mini one on one interview at the end with one of the four employees leading the activities. That felt a little rushed, but there were a lot of us. Received a call from another H&M location later the same week, waiting to go in for another chat.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

really enjoyable and quite fun! Had a bunch of questions then was set a team task to find an outfit for a certain scenario and to stick to the budget
