I met with the store manager and the assistant store manager. We went to the back room of the store, and they asked me various questions about my experiences with customer service, cash handling, and my communication skills with coworkers.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
