I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Halifax, NS) in Jun 2017
Interview
Overall a good experience. It was a long process of three interviews.
I started with a phone interview wherein I was asked about what I know about the store and my availability - open availability was really important in moving on - and then I had two more interviews that were within groups and a team of managers. The first one was more questions, and the second was some tasks/team building exercises.
Know the company values and be very approachable: even if you don't have retail experience, they'll hire you if they think you're a good fit within the team.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
