Went to the men's fitting room and waited for the interview to start. Firstly greeting each other, and then start to ask the interview question straightaway. After finished all of the Q&A, just simply said thank you for coming, not many complicated things to do for the interview.

A surprise call 30 minute telephone interview, then a follow up phone call from the store manager inviting me in for interview, then a 30 minute face to face interview with the same person I spoke to on the phone.
