There was a phone screening, then the first interview with one manager, and then a second interview with a different manager. They first asked me to tell them about myself, then they wanted to know how I handled difficult situations. The process was very straightforward, and they called me after the second interview with a job offer.

Interview
Group interview with both groupwork and individual questions. The group is about 10 people and we were divided randomly into groups to discuss some scenario and how we would react.
It was a chill interview session. The whole interview only lasted for about 15 minutes. The interviewer just asked about my background and also asked some situational questions to see how i would approach certain customer related situations
Interview with store manager and got a short tour of the store. Asked questions regarding things from resume and asked personal questions to get to know more about you as a person to see how you will fit in the team.
