Interview
They ask you questions about yourself, your education, what your availability is like, and why you would like to work at H&M. You upload your resume to apply and if it gets passed, they will email you. You then complete a phone interview and once that is passed, you do a group interview with other applicants or a one-on-one.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
