Interview
1. Telephone interview wiht basic HR questions and information about trends.
2. Interview day at the headquarter. I had 3 different interview, one about my CV, one about fashions and buying skills and 1 about my personality.
3. The last interview was with a recruiter and a manager on the department. They tested my skills in choosing the right assortment for the online shop and asked some more HR questions about my personality and skills.

It was the first interview via Whatsapp. They did not ask anything about my gender or marital status and did not even ask me to turn on the camera which is really to provide everyone equal opportunity.

They asked which designers are my favourites and the most observed trends recently seen.
Very slow but they respond with feedback, which helps you in the future. They conduct 4 interviews and the timeline between each interview is 14 days, so pretty long a process
I had a telephone interview and a second interview via Skype and they were very friendly. The second was naturally more intense and I was interviewed by HR and a buyer
