I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Melbourne) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was a group of 20 people during the process, it wasn't an interview. It was a 9 hour trial shift, where they throw you in the deep end and work as a sale assistant for a day (It was paid for) At least you don't work for nothing. 9 hour shift went by fast, but the manager's forgot about the group of us who have been split in each department. It felt like the longest day, but still managed to get through it. Wasn't as hard, customer's ask you questions but you feel like you have no idea since it was pretty much first day with no training in a massive store. There was a person who assigned to look after you from distant and marking how well you are. I didn't even notice till the end where they come up to you and tell you how you're going. Mine was very positive and i had my hopes up high. When we finished the shift, they told us they'll contact us within a few days to say we have got the job or not.
A week later, got a call offering a full time position.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at H&M (Callao, Callao)

Question 1

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
