The process was fairly simple, mainly they want to know that you're a committed worker who will stay for a decent length of time and will be organised. They asked about my background, comfortability helping customers, and ability to work long hours.
I got a call one day and answered a few question, I was then invited to a group interview in store with many people, where they took us in smaller groups and asked us further questions, we were then given tasks that involved choosing outfits within a certain theme and budget.
