Pretty normal, interview with HR and she will explain the benefits, how long you have to work for and the expectations. She also will ask you where you stay and preferbably post you to an outlet near your house.
Group interview, was really engaging, listened to a presentation. Also did activities where we were being assessed was a very different way of being interviewed and was enjoyable and engaging.
It wasn't really an interview as it was an open walk in interview and it was with a group of other people. They gave us a paper with some questions and personal information to fill in.
Interview involved asking simple questions on past retail experiences, what i did on the job, strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer was casual and friendly, nothing too serious. Overall more like a casual conversation than serious interview.
