The first interview was with a recruiter, where there were many questions tied to the values of the company to see if you are a match from that standpoint. The second interview was with two managers, one of which is your future reporting manager. The process was a little over half an hour long and questions based on your background and experiences and why you would be the perfect fit for the position. There were many behavioral questions where they asked to tell them about a specific time when... The other manager then asked a few other questions and they said they would get back to me within a week with an answer but it's been over a week and no response, so I figure I didn't get it.
