Interview
I applied online and the whole interview process took slightly over 3 weeks. Firstly, had to do a questionnaire, personality test followed by a first round interview with HR and Department Head Manager. This was followed by a second round interview with the Director and Asia Pacific CEO. This was followed by a pre-employment test.

Interview
I had to first complete an economics, personality, and recruitment questionnaire. After that, an interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. There would be a second round with the CEO of the company.

Interview
The process was in depth to ensure that not only did I meet the company's high standards and would be able to perform well in the role, but also that the role and environment was conducive to me growing in my desired direction and would add value to myself.
Everything was exceptionally well handled and what was required from me was clear and well explained. The process was efficient and I was never in doubt as to where I stood as each interview held and email received indicated the companies continued interest in me as a candidate.
Healy Consultants Group's HR team was always available and helpful in answering any questions I had.
The interview process involved:
- An initial question and personality test I was asked to complete.
- A detailed applicant task I was asked to complete.
- A preliminary Skype interview.
- A follow up telephonic interview.
- A final Skype interview with Aidan Healy.
