I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied through campus, for an on campus interview, then went to regional location. Overall people were nice, kept talking up the “company culture” but at the end of the day they expect you to work 50-55 hours per week at 33k.
The first interview was mostly getting to know you as a person. It was more of a conversation rather than an interview which I enjoyed. They appreciate questions and people who have good personalities.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Standard questions and very easy conversations - After interview never heard anything back even after reaching out. Since then a recruiter has reached out to me multiple times for another introductory interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Oct 2019
Interview
Took about a month overall. Talent acquisition recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Set up a phone interview that week. Then an in person with the recruiter and sales manager. They provide a basic list of interview questions that they'll ask to ease the stress. Then set up another interview with another sales manager and account manager. Then another casual interview with a sales manager. Really just want to get to know you and make sure you can hold a conversation and bring great energy. Then a phone interview with a regional manager then I got an an offer.
tl;dr. One phone interview, 3 separate in person, another phone interview with regional manager then offer.
