they ask you if you drink, how much you drink and if you were an athlete in school. after i got the job i saw how they interviewed the girls coming in and if they weren't pretty enough they would say she's ugly and rip up her resume, they only hired one black girl who left because she was the 2nd one in the company

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
