Interview
Recruiter (Emily) was cheerful, supportive, helpful, punctual, and generally good stuff. This was my first experience with a recruiter. I liked the fact that I could call her whenever I wanted, without worrying about seeming desperate. Anyway, they gave me good advice for the interview, and were courteous and competent. Quite happy with the offer I got as well.

Question 1
No technical questions from Insight Global directly, beyond the usual resume line-item stuff. That makes sense, because they're just trying to match job descriptions with potential hires. They did go out of their way to make sure my resume highlighted my strengths vis a vis the job they were submitting me for. I'm sure that helped me land the job.
It was a very haphazard process. I tried to reschedule the appointment due to serious illness and they just gave me the position. I was required to relocate across the country and they provided completely inaccurate information about the position that negatively affected my experience and ability to work once I relocated.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a zoom and phone call. Overall was a quick and smooth process. Was hired within couple of days of first of interview and onboard process was also easy to go through. I had a great recruiter that explained what the role I would be taking on would consist of.

Interview
I got a call from a recruiter who asked me basic questions about my skills, after that I had an in-person interview to review my resume and work history. Finally, I had an interview on client's site, it was more detailed, I was asked about position technical skills.
