I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global in Aug 2014
Interview
Contacted through LinkedIn. Interviews (4 or 5) focused on all aspects of my background as opposed to what I could do "right now". All interviews with client and Insight were completed in 2 weeks, only one onsite interview at the end mainly for paperwork.
Everything was timely, professional and up front

Question 1
"Can you start next Monday" was difficult. The opportunity is very gratifying and difficult, and that's hard to find after 35 years in IT.
I have no problem saying "I don't know, but here is how I would find out" so the tech interviews went great.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I received a call from a recruiter. After initial screening, I got an interview scheduled with a panel of managers and developers. The interview was not bad and questions were not too difficult but were vague and poorly formed and It somehow felt disconnected from the beginning and I lost focus in the interview. It felt like the interviewers were just there because they were required to. I never heard back from them or the recruiter.

What do you know about agile methodology and how do you use it ?
How do you process multiple transactions (all success or fail) ?
Why should we hire you ? What quality do you have that other do not ?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
After I had 3 rounds with their client ADT, the client made an offer and I accepted it. 10 days later, they withdrew it for no reason. Be careful of accepting an offer from this company. Not recommended at all.
One of the worst experiences I had from an interview standpoint. I had 2 interviews and 1 take home which I supposedly did very well. After these the recruiter stopped replying and just ghosted me.
