Initial interview is a 30 minute phone call to get to know you/tell you about the position. After the phone call there are 2-3 more interviews to see if you are coachable. Every employee in the company starts as a hiring associate and works their way up so they look for someone interested in building a long term career.

Interview
The interview style is professional and conversational. The interview process is a 3-4 round process. The process starts off virtual via Microsoft teams and depending on if you progress then you will be brought onsite about two times for onsite interviews. Definitely be your professional self.
