Relatively quick process. Application, some back and forth email with recruiter regarding interview scheduling, and then two back to back interviews with partner and senior. They were very friendly, having casual conversations and some behavioral questions.

Interview process was relatively smooth and lasted about an hour. Met with an MD and a Senior manager. Barely asked any technical questions and mainly fit based / culture/ values.

Interview
Interviews conducted through Microsoft Teams. Two back-to-back 30 minute interviews with professionals of varying levels. My interviews were conducted by one managing director from the Hartford, Connecticut office and one partner from the New York office.
