Entering into the graduate program was fairly standard, with a series of online questions / tests, followed by a telephone interview and finally an assessment centre. The assessment day comprised of some group exercises in how to solve a case study problem (teamwork was observed) and an in tray exercise with a simulated inbox. Finally a face to face interview (including a short presentation) with a senior partner.
