First, the phone interview if your CV and a motivational letter are interesting, practical test(finance, accounting, audit, tax...)(45min), interview with HR(45min), Manager (45min), and Partner(45min). Every person has specific questions. HR is more about your interests, Manager about skills and Partner tries to get to know if you are the right person for his team
