first submit an application, then you will receive an offer for two interviews that will be back to back and held online. both of my interviews were calm and not stressful. about a week after my interviews received an offer.

In my case, recruiter/interviewer was professional and kind.
two 30minutes interview sections. I got interviewed by HR and an audit partner. i had 30mi interview with each one. most of question you are asked are related to behavior questions. they did not ask me many questions, sadly.
