Interview
The interview process began with an initial screening call, where I had the opportunity to briefly introduce myself and my qualifications. During this call, the interviewer primarily focused on understanding my background, career goals, and assessing whether my experience aligned with the role's requirements. Following this, I was invited to participate in a more detailed interview with the hiring manager. This second conversation delved deeper into my skills, responsibilities related to the position, and how my past experiences could contribute to the company's objectives. Throughout the process, I felt that both stages were designed to ensure a strong fit between my capabilities and the role.

Interview
One hour long online interview, three people on from the company (one hiring specialist, one two of those from the specific role I applied for. First part was about introduction, asking questions, second part about explaining the specific role.
Really well organized, they call you before, orgnanize everything and answer every questions. They will then call you a couple of days after the interview to explain you if they'll go further with you or not, and if not, they can find solutions as well, so I highly recommend it.
