A kind of hard and long process of interviewing. Overall a good experience, is enriching, you get to learn a lot of different things. Would definitely recommend. Patience is key.

Initial screening call with the recruiter to discuss motivations for application followed by a series of competency based interviews with different individuals aligned to the sector. The entire process from start to finish was just over 1 month. After the third stage I was told that the internal stakeholders would regroup to provide feedback and provide details on the next stage. Unfortunately, following two weeks of radio silence I was sent a generic email to tell me I had been unsuccessful with no meaningful feedback. Disappointing conduct from the recruitment team given the time commitment to this process. I understand that these are large companies but a human approach goes a long way.
