Interview
Three parts: Problem solving test, group cases, three individual case interviews.
Key aspect to problem solving test is time management.
Group case interviews can break you, not make you - i.e. client-inappropriate behavior in group case might disqualify someone from moving forward, but doing well doesn't seem to carry through into subsequent round.
Individual cases were as expected. Fit questions related to leadership experience, how did you deal with a difficult situation and examples of persuading someone. Case interviews were similar to cases in Case in Point. Interviewers were very friendly and seemed very fair.

Question 1
Describe a time you have had to persuade someone about something they didn't agree with
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
