Call with hiring manager followed by 2 day virtual onsite. Live coding (working with a binary tree), and a few case studies followed by a final call with the hiring manager. Very nice people and passionate but seemed overworked.
Efficient and clear with range of research and coding questions. There were also behavioural questions focusing on research project based collaboration and leadership, with a focus on working with other researchers.

Coding session (20-30 minutes). Candidate presents their solution. Code review and feedback. Discuss edge cases and optimizations. Follow-up technical questions.
