Interview
Lots of steps and presentations (met with about 8 people over 4 interviews). They want to see examples of what you can do/have done, not just talk about it. I appreciated this, as I'm more a doer than a talker. It could take a while, but my recruiter was excellent at moving things along... about a month rather than 2.

The questions were excellent... they were about the job, how you think and plan, and see the big picture as well as the details. It was very focused and no 'softball' questions... tell me about yourself, etc. Many questions started with.. "tell me about a time when..." so you have to have some real examples, not hypotheticals.

Interview
Recruiter reached out with an invite to a phone interview. Then a second interview with a member of the content team. Meta asked for a work sample but I asked them if Pizza Hut gives you a free slice of pizza before you buy the pie? I did the free work anyway, and missed the mark by 1 point apparently.

Interview
The process is a bit arduous, but it was very transparent and went by quite quickly. You start with a recruiter screen, and then a video interview with a content designer who will go through your portfolio, and then you will be given a design exercise. If you're graded well, you'll be invited to a full loop interview, which is actually three different interviews of 45 mins each.
