Way too long, met more than 5 different people and they asked more or less the same questions in a different way. Felt like a waste of time for me. They never provided feedback

First scan with HR, followed by a loop of 8 interviews, two of which technical, the others behavioural. The types of questions where like: “describe a time when you had to improve a direct report performance, how did you proceed?”

Interview
First screening handled by recruiter, followed by an interview with hiring manager, followed by a series of interviews with other managers and peers.
