I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Initial talk with a recruiter. Then a technical phone interview, with a shared coder pad document. This had some coding questions, and some higher level "how would you analyze this type of situation" questions. About 45 minutes for this interview. Then a one day on campus interview, consisting of 6 30-minute techincal interviews.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Completed 3 rounds of the process, which includes the initial recruiter screen, technical, full loop, and team matching.
Couldn't move past the full loop interview. The interview was very engaging, and I actually enjoyed working through the cases. No crazy questions.
