It wasn't really an interview process. They called and offered me a job. They were desperate for people, so didn't bother with vetting. I literally picked up the phone, and the hiring manager was asking me if I'd come aboard

Interviewed with the recruiter, hiring managers, cross functional team member, and finally did a mock customer presentation with the hiring manager and director of services sales. Interviews were very conversational and focused more on soft skills than technical skills.

- I was contacted with one of their sourcing recruiter via LinkedIn, and applied for a job opening with her, who was also my first round interviewer.
- The second and third round were conducted with the hiring manager and several teammates respectively.
- The final round was with a manager from different team. In my case, he was from System Engineering.
