The interview is questions about the front and backend. An overview of your own skills and an opportunity to ask questions. There is a technical test that is reasonable for 30/45 mins and is somewhat of a pair programming exercise. The interviewer was very friendly and I would have gladly worked there. Unfortunately HR allowed a second recruiter to apply for the role without my permission which is disrespectful to the first, the first then had to contact HR to try and resolve the issue. Feedback for the interview was positive except that I lacked recent team experience. Allowing the second recruiter to apply after the first is highly disrespectful and leads to all kinds of issues as I have seen and had to have spent time stressing over, sort it out so other candidates do not face this issue.

Great process overall, met with both co-founders, able to ask questions and understand the company goals and culture. Initial call with the recruiter then a cultural interview with HR. The technical interview was with a senior developer and the CTO, we discussed previous experience, interests and then there was a short programming task. Final interview with the co-founder.
