3-4 x interviews, after the selection of one candidate, the choice of a winning candidate is based strongly on personal preferences in the last stage, by the hiring manager, in my opinion and not on qualifications that much.

first there is an interview with HR, and then a bootcamp with group activities that where hold in presence in their office. At the end they decided based on these two meetings

Tell me about a challenge that you had and how have you managed it
Quite basic, three interviews, one case interview and assessment centre. It was a long process and they start their cycle slower than everyone else. That being said the interview process is not stressful and allows to be yourself
