the interview was a normal talk then a round of questions related to the ticketing system used in the previous job. then questions on how I am used to working with IT and if I was able to contribute to the team.

3 interviews in total: 1-HR, 2-Team, 3-Hiring Manager. I got rejected in last interview; they wrote in feedback that they found someone with CSR experience. However, Even in the job description it wasn't mentioned that they need someone with experience.
