Then I was interviewed by the HR director who did a kind of background check up, it was kind of a preparation for the group interview wher I was interviewed by the team leader and the leader of the department. Basically the questions on the second and he third interview were the same, for example describe with an example why you think that you are a team player? Bring an example for your proactive behaviour? How long do you want to stay at our company?

At first, they did an interview by the phone with over 30 minutes. Questions about my last job, my objectives for the next year and the availability to stay as an internal for 2 years. After that, I did an in-person interview with the team colleagues with about 40 minutes of duration. Weeks after that I did an in-person interview with two managers.
