My interview process was a series of phone conversations with a range of questions from classic interview type to personality-gaging. Interviewed with employees on various levels of the team. Overall, the phone interviewing process followed suit with SAP’s remote flexibility.

Interview
It was fairly easy, but there was no information about follow ups. Kinda a wait and see sort of deal. They’ll come back to you if they like you, if not you’ll never hear back.
