Be confident and smile, because they hire based on your experience and demeanor. Overall, comapanies probably want someone eager to learn, and pleasant to work with.

Next, the interviewer asked a series of questions related to my resume, including specific projects I’ve worked on and the skills I used. After that, we moved on to situational and behavioral questions, such as how I handle tight deadlines or work in a team.
