Smooth and adequate communication from hiring manager. Interview was relaxed and lots of positive verbal nods from the panel. Go throught to the 2nd stages interview process which requires a presentation.

Good Interview and interviewers, friendly environment. Good conversation. They want to know you as a person as well. However, they don't tend to give any feedback regarding what could have been better from your side in case you're rejected.

Explain one tough situation you faced in your professional career and what you did to solve it.
After applying via linkedin through the “Easy Application” option (sending CV and LinkedIn profile informations only) a following contact by email was made, contaning specific questions in regard to career goals, current professional/academic situation and legal and logistic information (e.g. willingness to relocate, authorization to work, etc).
