On the day of the interview, I was interviewed by two web development engineers, 15min went through my resume, and threw a technical coding problem to me when it only 15mins left. And the email didn't say anything about technical problems during the very first interview. It is probably my fault that I didn't ask. But who would expect technical problems in the very first interview, without any resume screening? And I emailed the recruiter, to ask for a rescheduling of another interview, and no response after two weeks. Just gosht me like that, Nice BIG company management.
