Very worst interview process, people used both online offline resources and got shortlisted and in interview people asked with basic questions and shortlisted and selected. Opportunities should be equal, people not seeing the actual talent, where it is needed to develop a skill or skills according to need. They determine with short span test looking for specific skill and getting a boomer.
It was on campus interview, Before first round we had an online assessment in which it had 2 coding questions (1 medium, 1 hard). After assessment 60 members were shortlisted.
In first round it was all about Your Introduction, Projects, OOPs concepts in depth and a Linkedlist question based on finding the intersection and a stack parenthesis checker.
Round 2 was 50 minutes again introduction, projects, OOPs concepts and here they told to write code on abstraction using interface and then Linkedlist palindrome question.

Asked a couple of tech related questions, nothing with the intent of catching me out, just finding out my experiences. Interview lasted 45 minutes.
