      SAP Academy Interview

      30 Jan 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SAP (London, England) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Two phone interviews, one is HR manager. HR call was friendly and easy to answer (1. Introduce yourself, 2.Why you choose SAP? 3. Why you? What kind of things you can possibly contribute to SAP (I think that was what they hoped to know) Second one is from hiring manager (I applied for the sales position) She was really nice but somehow I felt her questions for me personally is hard tp answer, felt quite tricky at that moment, or maybe just me since I never had sales but only marketing experiences before...I tried to make a link between these two fields, but obviously she didn't agree with my points...afterwards, no more update...that's all...and probably it's pretty over...BUT GOOD LUCK for those who want it

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Copenhagen, Capital Region
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2024

      Interview

First I got invited by an HR rep to the first interview with the HR manager. Then it takes almost 3 weeks to hear back whether you are qualified or not for the bootcamp, which takes place in less than 4 days; which was way insufficient for the preparation. After the bootcamp, you are told to receive the result within 1-2 weeks. But what they didn't tell you is that if you didn't get selected, they WON'T EVEN BOTHER LETTING YOU KNOW! The assessors you get during the bootcamp can be extremely prejudiced, you never know and would never expect that from such a big company.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SAP

      Interview

Online application, Telephone interview - It was meant to be a skype interview but then the interviewers skype wasn't working, so it had to be a telephone interview. Which to an extent was less nerve racking but still, it threw me off slightly. The interviewer was very friendly and conversational so it wasn't anything intimidating. It helps to know why you want the job as much as what you have for the job.
