2. had two 1:1 face2face interviews with local managers of the company
3. had a 1:1 phone interview with potential future manager

First two steps were OK, but the last two were horrible. manager forgot to call me, then said he called someone else by mistake; the interview date changed at least twice. Manager's English was really bad and it was hard to understand anything. After first ten minutes it was clear that they wanted someone a lot less experienced yet continued the unnecessary discussion.
One month later the recruitment agency called me again with job offer, but forgot they haven't even closed the previous position and didn't let me know what was the outcome.
Extremely unprofessional approach to recruitment. Not sure if it was more of the bad luck (bad manager and bad recruiter) or more of a general situation.

imagine you are called by city mayor and have 5 minutes to convince him we need to build new police stations. explain why this amount, where should they be located, etc
This was a 3 stage interview, with HR, Team manager & final stage interview with head of department panel.
Warm and inviting, well structured questions focused around strengths and competency and a competency based test on the required skills for role. Slow to hear back at each stage.

Four instances, well structured, very quickly process, less than a week. The interviewers were well prepared and very professional. Felt very confortable with the overall process and the final offert was openly negotiated.

Interview
I was been called for interview on the referral drive on Saturday. Two rounds of interview was completed. HR told me they will inform me in next couple of days. They Next mid week HR called me asking for me to attend interview on SUNDAY, since interview panel is busy. I had another 2 rounds on SUNDAY as well, then I was offered within 8 working days.
