Multiple rounds of interviews on various case studies. It was technical asking about the particular steps one would take when supporting a business. It was hard but interesting. The interviewers were kind and helpful. The expectations were laid out clearly.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
