The interviews felt really off, like if they needed the migrants in order to let their business model work as new world slaves. I am from Mexico and they offered me a working VISA... that's great for a mexican right? Well even so, they ask for a $25,000 USD charge in case you end your contract before 2 years for their 'mentoring' services that can be remotely done but they ask you to move to Atlante for this mentoring (if they are actually looking for a good business model they would be cutting expenses on travel and the room they offer you by just letting you take the mentoring online but NO). And what's even weirder is that they never never let you see even a frame of the contract until you are in Atlanta. Even on the offer they don't mention the $25,000 USD charge but on every interview and on their thechconsultingacademy website they do. So... even if you are desperate for a job I would advice not to take offers from a very sketchy company where there is no reviews from any employe on IT!!! Another point is that they pay you around $30 dollars per hour everywhere they send you (it can be even NY) and as you may now, that payment doesn't change depending on where you are so $30 box in Utah are like $10 in NY. DON'T BE A SLAVE.
