I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TransUnion (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
Several phone calls with Recruiter, Director, Manager and overseas office for the department. Scheduled in-person interview and was flown in. The entire process was very organized and as painless as possible. They put me up in a nice hotel close to the office and let me know every step to expect. There were drinks and snacks available to me during the interview process. The interview was 4 hours with about 8 different people interviewing me back to back. Everyone was professional and kind. I enjoyed meeting them. They all seemed to enjoy their job and the office culture. Beautiful office with a laid back vibe. TU would be a great company to work for. I just was not the best candidate for the specific role but I would definitely apply with them again.
